- University admission and visa decisions rest solely with the institutions and embassies. Emmtol does not guarantee admission, scholarships, or visa approval, and our advice is based on experience and current requirements.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of documents and information you provide. False or misleading information may result in application refusal for which Emmtol is not liable.
- Refunds, where applicable, are governed solely by the written service agreement or invoice terms signed for your specific package or order—not by a separate refund policy on this website.
4.2 PR & Second Passport Application
- This service is not yet operational. Joining the waitlist creates no obligation on either party and does not constitute an engagement of services.
4.3 Supply Chain & Raw Materials
- Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quote and are subject to supplier availability, currency fluctuation, and shipping costs for international sourcing.
- Title to goods passes on full payment. Risk passes on delivery.
- Quality documentation (including certificates of analysis where applicable) accompanies pharmaceutical supplies.
- Delivery timelines are estimates; Emmtol is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, customs, or logistics providers beyond our control, though we will actively manage and communicate on your behalf.
5. Payments
- All fees are quoted in Nigerian Naira unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is due as specified in your invoice or service agreement.
- Late payments may attract interest or suspension of services.
- Refunds, where applicable, are governed solely by the written service agreement or invoice terms signed for your specific package or order—not by a separate refund policy on this website.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, consulting frameworks, document templates, and materials are the property of Emmtol Consult Limited. Clients receive a personal, non-transferable license to use deliverables provided for their own purposes. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.
7. Confidentiality

- The PR and second passport service is under development; timelines for launch are estimates.
- Supply quotations depend on third-party supplier availability and market conditions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Emmtol Consult Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including refused applications, visa denials, delayed deliveries, or business losses. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Emmtol in the 6 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Emmtol against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your provision of false or misleading information, or your violation of third-party rights.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, the parties shall attempt mediation in Lagos State, Nigeria. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, either party may bring proceedings in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
